Important dates and registration

• 13 March 2017 - Registration opens
• 2 June 2017 - Registration closes and deadline for payment

Registration: To register first create an account on the Sciencesconf.org platform (click Create Account from drop-down menu next to 'Login'). After loging in click 'Register' on the left hand menu to submit your details.

Abstract submission: To submit your abstract click on 'Submissions' on the left hand menu, then click 'Submit an abstract' and fill in the form (please note the abstract should be text only without figures).

Payment: Once you receive an email offering a place at the workshop you will need to follow the instructions provided to pay the workshop fee before your place will be confirmed. Please note that the abstract book, lunches and coffee breaks are included in the regstration fee however accomodation must be booked separately. Please see 'Useful Information' for advice on booking accomodation.
